Customer Support & Project Coordinator

Location: Barneveld, NL


The position is a support function at the Customer Support department which is the link between the laboratory, our own transport service, account managers and our customers locally and abroad.

Main Tasks

  • The Project Coordinator will coordinate the execution of customer orders, monitor the process and is responsible to ensure that the results are delivered on time and according to the expectations of the customer. In other words the complete chain starting with the quotation, order, receipt of samples, the performed analysis and analytical report till the correct invoice.
  • You will be responsible for the quality and quantity of the results and in addition maintain the contact with the customer and also take on new assignments and making quotations.
  • You will advise the customer about the total range of the services being offered by Eurofins Environment and provide explanation and advice on the analysis, the duration and expected delivery time of requested analysis.
  • You will do the final check and validation of the analytical report and the invoices.
  • Resuming: you will monitor the process and progress of projects and you will be the first contact person for the customer and the laboratory in Barneveld, the Netherlands.


  • Bachelor degree, preferably chemical or environmentally oriented
  • 3 years relevant working experience
  • Native English speaker, Dutch is a plus
  • Experience in the environmental or laboratory field is a plus.
